Refunds

Changed your mind about Wisp Pro within 30 days? Email us from the address you bought with and we'll refund you, no questions. Wisp goes back to Free and keeps working.

A Mac you no longer have

Remove it on your account page to free its slot. Macs unused for 120 days free up by themselves.

Wisp isn't typing

• Check Settings → System: Wisp needs Microphone and Accessibility access.
• Hold your dictation key (fn by default) until the bar shows it's listening, then talk.
• Every take is saved before it's typed: find it in the Dictation page and press Retry.

Your data

See what Wisp stores and sends. Delete your account any time in Wisp (Settings → Account) or on your account page.
